Shipping Policy
Every Custom Bubble Wrap order is custom-printed and made to order to your approved artwork and specifications. Because each run is produced specifically for you, shipping timelines and costs are estimated per order rather than fixed.
Production & timelines
Production typically begins once you approve your mockup and complete payment. Standard production generally runs about 2–3 weeks, and transit time is additional and varies by destination, carrier, and order size. Rush production may be available for firm deadlines — ask your account contact. All timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs
Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity, roll dimensions, weight, and destination. Larger, pallet-scale orders typically ship by freight; smaller orders may ship by parcel carrier. Your quote will reflect the estimated shipping method for your order.
Tracking & delivery
Where available, tracking information is provided once your order ships. Delivery dates shown by carriers are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control. We are not able to guarantee specific carriers, fixed delivery dates, fixed costs, or guaranteed transit times.
Multiple destinations
We can split an order across multiple addresses or fulfillment centers — provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll estimate accordingly.
