All sales are final. Because every Custom Bubble Wrap order is custom-decorated and made to order to your approved artwork and specifications, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once production has begun.

Our production guarantee

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected items at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee — a commitment to deliver exactly what you approved — not a return or refund policy.

To make a claim, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a remake of the affected quantity.

Why the free mockup matters

Our free mockup and unlimited-revision process exists precisely so you sign off on the artwork, colors, bubble size, and film before anything is printed. Approving your proof is your opportunity to confirm every detail — once approved, production runs to that exact specification.
