FAQ

Everything about ordering custom-printed bubble wrap — grouped by what you’re wondering about.

Ordering

What’s the minimum order?

Our standard minimum is 50 rolls for custom-printed bubble wrap. Smaller keepsake or sample runs can be quoted case by case — just ask.

Is there a maximum order size?

No. We routinely handle pallet-scale runs into the tens of thousands of rolls for fulfillment centers and national brands.

Can I order a sample before a bulk run?

Yes. We can produce a pre-production print proof so you can approve color and artwork on the actual film before committing to the full run. We’ll explain sample terms with your quote.

Can I mix products or styles in one order?

Yes. Combine small bubble, large bubble, anti-static, biodegradable, mailers, and perforated rolls in one order to reach volume pricing.

Can I reorder later and match my last batch?

Yes. We keep your artwork, print colors, and film specs on file so re-orders match your previous batch exactly.

Design & Artwork

Do you charge for mockups?

No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. We only charge once artwork is signed off and production begins.

What artwork files do you need?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal for the crispest print. Don’t have vector? Send a high-resolution PNG or a photo and our designers recreate it print-ready for free.

I don’t have a logo — can you help?

Yes. Our designers can build print-ready artwork from a reference, a sketch, or a description at no extra charge.

Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?

Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching so your printed bubble wrap matches your brand palette. We’ll note any color-count tiers in your quote.

How many print colors can I use?

Flexographic printing typically runs 1–3 spot colors and is ideal for high volume; digital printing handles full-color, photographic art, and gradients for shorter runs.

How many revisions do I get?

Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the final proof.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?

Standard production is 2–3 weeks from approved mockup, depending on quantity and film type.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes. Rush is available for firm deadlines — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide across the US, and can arrange international freight for larger orders. See our Shipping Policy.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity, roll size, and destination — freight for pallet-scale runs, parcel for smaller ones.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes. Send a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the run across your locations or 3PLs.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

We make it right. If an order arrives defective or doesn’t match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items — see our Return Policy.

Pricing & Payment

How much does custom bubble wrap cost?

Pricing is by quote and depends on quantity, bubble size, film, and print. Typical ranges run from about $0.09/sq ft for printed small bubble up to $16–$42 per roll for perforated rolls — each product page shows its own range.

Why don’t you list exact prices?

The accurate number depends on quantity, film type, and decoration. A quick quote gives you the real price instead of a guess.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH. We can set up purchase-order terms for established companies.

Do you offer a lowest-price guarantee?

Yes. If you have a comparable quote for equivalent custom-printed film, tell us — our lowest-price guarantee means we’ll work to beat it.

Product & Care

What colors and films are available?

Clear, frosted white, pink anti-static, green biodegradable, and custom brand-color tints — plus your printed artwork on top of any of them.

Is the printing durable?

Yes. Our print process bonds to the film so it won’t smear or rub off in normal handling and transit, and it stays legible through the shipping journey.

What is the bubble wrap made of?

Recyclable polyethylene. Standard film for everyday protection, anti-static film for electronics, and biodegradable film for greener programs.

How should I store it?

Keep rolls in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to preserve bubble loft and print quality. Stored properly, printed bubble wrap keeps for a long time.
