Large Bubble Wrap

Large bubble wrap is the heavy lifter of the family: 1/2-inch air pockets with real depth that absorb impact, bridge gaps and keep weight suspended away from the carton wall. Where small bubble protects a surface, large bubble protects a shipment — cased wine, glassware, small appliances, furniture components and anything that would punch through a thinner film on the first drop. We print it with your logo so even your most industrial packing reads as deliberate.

The film is a heavier gauge than our small bubble, co-extruded with a nylon barrier layer that keeps the big pockets inflated under load instead of slowly sighing flat in a warehouse. That barrier is the difference between bubble wrap that cushions on delivery day and bubble wrap that only cushioned on the day it was made. Flexo printing runs one or two spot colors or a full-coverage repeat, and the larger flat areas between bubbles give the logo room to read clearly.

Large bubble doubles as void fill, which is where it quietly saves money: a wrapped product plus one crumpled printed length fills a carton faster than paper and lighter than molded inserts, and it cuts dimensional weight compared to a bigger box of loose fill. Rolls come slit to your widths, with optional perforation every 12 inches so packers pull consistent lengths on a busy line.
